I didn't have the best day on the mat today. Taking nothing away from my team mates who tapped me. They put the moves on.. I was asleep. Sort of...I definately was burnt out On one hand there is the argument for 'sticking with the program' - and on the other hand there is argument for resting when your mind and body are both in limbo.
