The Toronto Jiu Jitsu Classic is only 3 weeks away. For anyone competing you should now be looking to really start to focus on making sure you will have enough gas in the tank. If you are having a good day your cardio is always going to be a factor. I found this video on my facebook from 3 weeks before the 1st Copa Ontario - Just like I am doing now with Jogging I was then trying to improve my cardio.
