| I am just off to bed but I just wanted to drop a quick note before I do a hefty site update in the morning. The reason is the Facebook group just hit 100 so I just wanted to say a quick **Thanks** I update the facebook group everyday with BJJ news I find as I live online and come across good articles so keep checking back and please share your thoughts by leaving comments...
