It's a great 'regular Joe' story. Felipe is about my age but has been training since he was 12. I enjoyed his story about teaching the visually impaired kids Jiu Jitsu in Rio de Janeiro. I also enjoyed his story about taking 10 years to get his black belt and only starting to win tournaments AFTER he got his black belt. I would encourage you to listen to the Episode. After a bad injury which put him away from the mat’s for several month’s, he is putting his recovery and climb back to the main stage of BJJ on record in documentary style episodes on Youtube and has just released the 7th episode. Earlier this year I had the chance to chat with Felipe and since then I have kept up to date with his travels, seminars and tournaments on facebook and Twitter and of course with this mini documentary which you can enjoy here at ScottOnTheNet. 30+ is a fly on the wall style documentary that takes you on the road with the World Champion as he makes his return in the Rooster Division in 2010 and will be updated every so often Youtube and of course right here. Check out Episodes 1-7. FELIPE COSTA 30 + Episode1 - Brief Bio
