Go straight to a Sports Clinic like Athletes Care here in Toronto. They are covered by the Ontario Health Insurance and offer a range of specialist Doctor's, physio's, chiro's and massage therapists. My 'Walk in Dr' had confirmed what I had Googled - Rotator cuff tendonitis but in actual fact I had an AC Joint Sprain (Acromioclavicular joint). The treatment is different, the recovery time is different and there is even a special way I am meant to tape my AC joint when grappling which I would never have known had I not gone and got the correct help. Dr Google, walk in clinic's and even your family GP are perhaps not the first place you should go with a Jiu Jitsu injury as you might delay your healing time due to an incorrect or misinformed diagnosis.
