I was wondering what I could write about as I haven't made an entry for a while so I thought I would share with you what happened today..

I was rolling earlier and I spun to get out a armbar transition and I got a knee in my nose. Immediately it exploded...no wonder why..my nostril is actually split open.
Haven't seen this before.. have you?

I didn't have my mouth guard in either as it was MIA and got some good cuts to my mouth as well..

But you know, it's all part of the game. In a sick kind of way, I wouldn't change a thing. Everyone loves war wounds.
